- If you provide one or more references, you acknowledge that the Company may contact such reference person(s) to obtain information regarding your professional qualifications and that their personal data may therefore be processed for this purpose.
- You further confirm that you have informed the relevant person(s) accordingly.If you voluntarily include personal data or special categories of personal data requiring your explicit consent in your résumé or disclose such information during interviews, these data will be processed solely for the purpose of evaluating your job application.
- Your résumé may be shared with other companies within the corporate group to which Partner Elektronik Güç Sistemleri A.Ş. belongs, should a position matching your qualifications and competencies become available.

Your personal data may be transferred pursuant to Article 8(2)(a) of the KVKK for the following purposes:

You may submit your requests regarding the above rights by completing the Data Subject Application Form and following the procedures set forth under Articles 11 and 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Applications to the Data Controller through one of the following methods:

In addition to your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, where the processing of your personal data is based on your explicit consent, you also have the right to withdraw such consent at any time.

This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the applicable legislation. The Company reserves the right to amend this Privacy Notice where required due to changes in applicable legislation or in the Company's personal data processing purposes and policies.
